Dear Family and Friends:
On August 17, 2021 our beautiful and cherished Joy passed away after a 19 month struggle with ALS. Her brother Earl died of the same brutal disease in 2003. Throughout her journey, we were so fortunate to have the support of ALS Canada. They provided us with education and much needed emotional support as well as vital equipment. We are truly grateful for all this organization has done for our family and all of the other families battling ALS. Our ultimate goal is for the ALS research community to find treatments and ultimately a cure for this devastating disease.
